Desktop RSS readers [Windows. -> Not sure on Apple Devices. Even further not sure on Linux.]
github - fluent reader ui kinda bad for anyone who only played with bloatware such as adobe.
im not sure on other types, but there is a couple other rss readers for lazy folks who never delt with the web and it's BAD design
IOS (MOBILE)
(%%) USE THIS ONE! VERY GOOD AND FREE! ios store-> netnewswire local, but content wise, might need you to delete links before you start throwing in your own rss feeds but else it's very good!
There is also fluent reader lite, but that requires set up. on your phone you need a rss account before set up.
Andriod (Other devices which doesn't work with Playstore.)

How to set up a RSS account.
- I personally used FreshRSS set up on pikapod(no links go search for seo) since I am extremely lazy. However, due to personal data management problems. I also use a password manager since I am extreme lazy and do not want to use a book for storing ... uhhh.
